These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Client", "You") and HostSonic, a company registered under applicable laws, located at [Insert Your Company Address] ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").

1. Definitions

Services: All products and services provided by HostSonic, including but not limited to:
- Shared Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- VPS (Virtual Private Server) Hosting
- Dedicated Servers
- Cloud Hosting
- Email Hosting
- Domain Registration & Transfers
- SSL Certificates
- Managed Hosting Services
- Website Builder & CMS Tools
- Backup & Security Add-ons
- Resources: Server CPU, RAM, disk space, bandwidth, IP addresses, and other infrastructure components.
- Client Content: All materials (e.g., websites, files, emails, databases, media) stored or transmitted using our services.
- Billing Cycle: Refers to the duration (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) for which services are billed.
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): The rules defining acceptable behavior when using HostSonic services.
2. Account Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain it thereafter.
- You are solely responsible for the security and usage of your login credentials.
3. Service Activation and Delivery
- Shared, reseller, and VPS services are typically provisioned within 5–30 minutes upon successful payment.
- Dedicated servers and domain-related services may take up to 24–72 hours depending on availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, and other supported gateways.
- Invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension.
- Late payment may result in:
- Account suspension after 3 days
- Termination and data deletion after 7–14 days
Auto-Renewal:
By default, services are set to auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled.
5. Refund Policy
- Shared & Reseller Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: No refunds once provisioned.
- Domain Registration/Transfer: Non-refundable.
- SSL Certificates: Refundable only if not issued.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use HostSonic services for:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing content, or hacking tools
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Storing or sharing illegal content (pornography, pirated files, hate speech, etc.)
- Using excessive server resources that disrupt other customers
- Running IRC servers, game servers, or cryptocurrency miners (without explicit permission)
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Resource Usage
Shared Hosting Limits:
- CPU: 25% average usage
- RAM: 512MB
- Max Entry Processes: 20
- Inodes: 250,000
- Max Email/hour: 100
Reseller Hosting:
- Sub-accounts must follow individual resource limits
- Overselling not permitted unless explicitly enabled
VPS/Dedicated:
- Full resource control unless otherwise restricted in plan
HostSonic reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts violating limits.
8. Backups and Data Retention
- Automated backups are taken daily for shared and reseller hosting.
- VPS and dedicated servers are not backed up unless a backup plan is purchased.
- HostSonic is not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to maintain offsite backups.
9. Domain Name Services
- You are solely responsible for renewing your domains on time.
- Domains are managed through third-party registrars.
- HostSonic is not liable for domain loss due to missed payments or invalid WHOIS information.
10. Email Services
- Hosting plans include email functionality (POP/IMAP/Webmail).
- Spam filtering is available but not guaranteed to be 100% effective.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email is strictly prohibited and may result in blacklisting and suspension.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the following cases:
- Violation of AUP or Terms
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Legal compliance requirements
- Server abuse or performance threats
Terminated accounts are not recoverable. Please ensure backups are taken before cancellation.
12. Support
- Support is available via https://billing.hostsonic.live/support
- Support is provided for:
- Server/network issues
- Control panel errors
- DNS and domain configuration
- General service guidance
Support Limitations:
- Custom script errors, coding, 3rd-party applications, and software optimization are out of scope.
13. Security
- We follow industry best practices to secure our infrastructure.
- Customers are responsible for securing their own accounts, scripts, and passwords.
- You must notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
14. Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
- Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% uptime for shared/reseller hosting

Downtime Compensation:
- <99.9%: 5% credit
- <99.5%: 10% credit
- <99%: 20% credit
- SLA does not apply to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or customer-induced issues
15. Reseller Responsibilities
If you're a reseller:
- You are responsible for supporting your clients.
- HostSonic is not liable for your clients’ actions.
- All end users must agree to the HostSonic AUP.
16. Affiliate Program
- Commission rates and payout terms are outlined in our affiliate policy.
- Self-referrals, coupon misuse, or fraudulent traffic are grounds for disqualification.
- Payouts processed monthly, with a minimum threshold.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified via email or announcements in their dashboard. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Limitation of Liability
- HostSonic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Court Jurisdiction].
